Research shows a small number of behaviours drive almost 90% of leadership success. RLX maps your leadership across four dimensions — each a genuine strength, each carrying its own shadow.
Lead with empathy. Build the kind of teams people want to stay on — and the patience to know when to move.
Lead by drawing wisdom out of the room. Decisions land because they were shaped, not announced.
Lead by moving things forward. Turn ambiguity into action — without breaking the people who carry it.
Lead by reframing what's possible. See further, then build the scaffolding others can climb.
Hey Excellent leader, I'm Sadé Powell, CEO of Riverbank Solutions, and the person behind this assessment.
Leadership found me early. At Hampton School, I was already wired for it — the kind of student who took every opportunity to tell people what to do. By 22, I was leading marketing at the Jamaican arm of a Fortune 500 telco, in the middle of one of the most aggressive market pushes the island had ever seen. I was the youngest person at the table most days. I had no business being there but I figured it out.
Every stage after that sharpened the same question: what makes leadership excellence actually happen? I spent years inside Fortune 500 companies learning the rigor. I studied the work of McKinsey for nearly five years on leadership development at one of the Caribbean's largest financial institutions. I've advised corporate executives through messy transformations, and sat across the table from Prime Ministers, shaping how they lead, speak, and decide under pressure. Along the way, I've trained scores of leaders: executives, founders, politicians, rising stars. The pattern became clear. Excellence is not a personality trait. It is a set of choices, patterns, and behaviours that can be understood and strengthened.
The Riverbank Leadership Xcellence Profile (RLX) was built from that conviction. It is a simple, structured framework grounded in research and refined through real-world leadership experience, designed to help you see how you lead and where you can grow.
My faith in Christ underpins this and everything I do. I see leadership as stewardship — a responsibility to use your influence in service of people and purposes greater than yourself. That belief shapes both how I lead and how this tool was designed.

Every leader carries a dominant style — and a shadow that comes with it. RLX shows you both, so you can lead with intention instead of instinct.
Seven minutes. Eighteen questions. One clear read on how you lead and where to grow.
