This page explains how Riverbank Solutions Ltd ("Riverbank", "we") handles information you share when you take the Leadership Xcellence Profile or contact us through this site.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you submit the assessment or contact form.
• Your answers to assessment questions, your computed style distribution, and the dominant/secondary style derived from them.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To generate and email your personalised profile.
• To improve the assessment and our coaching practice.
• To reply to messages you send us.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Service providers

We use Resend to deliver email and Supabase for secure data storage. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing sade@byriverbank.com.
